E-liquid filling and capping machine

Introductions:
The machine is mainly applied to fill eye dropper for circular plastic bottles and glass bottles which capacity is 2-30ml.

Features:
1. It is positioned and put cap and put cork by dividing plate supplied by high accuracy indexing mechanism with cam dividing.
2. Cosine acceleration cam drive makes cap-clamping stations are adopted by this machine; Peristaltic pump be used for separating quantitative liquid.
3. This machine adopts PLC and HMI, touch screen control whole procedure, and have organic glass cover to make the safety and health environment.
4. Overall operation of this machine is responsive with no bottles left unfilled and unclamped corks and no corks left unclamped caps.
5. It has such advantages as accuracy position, stable transporting device, able to protect caps, accuracy measuring and simple operation, etc.
