FZB series grinding and granulating machine is generally used in pharmaceutical, food and fine chemical industry. It is always used as the grinding of the raw material, granulating of dry particles, retrieving of unqualified tablets and granulators. It has the characteristic of low noise, low dust, easy-cleaning, easy-control size and so on.
The material to be processed enters into the conical working chamber via the feeding hopper. The rotating knife plays a whirling action to the material, and throws the grains to the sieve mesh surface. The material is ground by the shearing action produced by the rotating blade and the sieve mesh, and discharged through the sieve apertures. The grain size can be adjusted by the sieve mesh number, the gap between rotating knife and sieve mesh, and the speed of rotating knife. The means of adjustment is flexible, and the use is convenient
